At Gregorys Coffee, we want you to love every sip and every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all non-perishable merchandise and unopened coffee bags.
Return Process

Contact our customer experience team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a return authorization.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain sealed and merchandise is in unused condition.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
