How can I track my coffee order?

Once your order has been roasted and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy for coffee beans?

To ensure the highest quality and safety, we do not accept returns on perishable items like coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship our fresh coffee and merchandise to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations soon.

Is your coffee ethically sourced?

Yes, we pride ourselves on sourcing high-quality, specialty-grade coffee through direct trade and sustainable partnerships that ensure fair compensation for farmers.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can manage, pause, or cancel your G-Street subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
